Amazon Officer

Level3 BOS is seeking a proactive and detail-focused Amazon Operations Officer to support our growing e-commerce team. In this role, you will manage daily Amazon marketplace operations, including product listings, SKU and catalog management, competitor analysis, inventory coordination, and account maintenance.

This opportunity is well-suited for candidates with a foundational understanding of Amazon Seller Central who are looking to expand their expertise in e-commerce and contribute to the growth of international online businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize Amazon product listings while ensuring compliance with Amazon's marketplace policies.
• Maintain product catalogs, manage SKUs and variations, and keep inventory records accurate and organized.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify pricing trends, customer demand, and business opportunities.
• Monitor listing performance and recommend optimization strategies to improve product visibility and sales.
• Work closely with internal teams to coordinate product information, inventory updates, and promotional activities.
• Track stock levels and assist with inventory planning to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Support order processing, resolve operational issues, and assist with customer-related inquiries on Amazon accounts.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate documentation for day-to-day activities.
• Stay informed about Amazon policies, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure account compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and support overall e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with product listing creation, SKU management, and inventory control.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct competitor and market research.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with Amazon account management, e-commerce platforms, or digital marketplaces will be considered an added advantage.
