Collaborating closely with both internal teams and end users, this role demands effective communication and documentation skills to maintain accurate records and reports on incidents and resolutions. The position also emphasizes independent problem-solving and team coordination, ensuring that the IT helpdesk functions efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain user satisfaction. Candidates are expected to hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field, possess strong technical certifications, and bring a minimum of one year of hands-on IT support experience.
