Registered Nurse / Phlebotomist

Responsibilities

• Perform smooth & precise finger-prick blood sampling, venipuncture, & capillary puncture techniques in strict accordance with clinical hygiene & safety protocols.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and high accuracy in specimen handling, labeling, and processing.
• Provide support to the doctor in patient consultations and accurately maintaining electronic and physical patient health records.
• Create a reassuring environment to put anxious patients at ease, effectively answering queries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of related, hands-on experience in phlebotomy and nursing within a clinical or hospital setting.
• Professional English communication skills (both verbal and written) to articulate consultations and services clearly.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with a warm, empathetic demeanor dedicated to premium patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN/BScN with valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) License.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
