📢 We’re Hiring: Project Manager — eBook Division

Prior eBook Project Management Experience Is Mandatory

SavTech Digital is looking for a Project Manager with direct, hands-on experience managing eBook writing and publishing projects, from initial client brief to final delivery.

Please apply only if you have previously managed eBook projects professionally. General project management, Agile/Scrum, software development, or technical project management experience alone does not meet this requirement. Applications without relevant eBook project management experience will not be considered.

📍 Location: DHA Phase VIII, Karachi

💼 Employment: Full-time

🌙 Shift: Night shift — US timings

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple eBook projects, ensuring agreed deadlines, scope, and quality standards are met.

• Turn client briefs into clear project plans, milestones, and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate with Sales, Content, Editing, Design, Formatting, and Publishing teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee manuscript development, editing, proofreading, cover design, formatting, and publishing coordination.

• Serve as the main client contact for project updates, feedback, revisions, and approvals.

• Communicate client requirements clearly to the relevant teams and track revisions through completion.

• Maintain project trackers, document approvals, and keep management informed of progress.

• Identify delays, resolve bottlenecks, and escalate issues before they affect delivery.

• Manage client expectations and scope changes while ensuring a smooth final handover.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• Previous experience working as a Project Manager within an eBook services company, book publishing agency, or ghostwriting business, with direct responsibility for eBook projects.

• Practical understanding of the complete eBook production process—from briefing and writing through editing, design, formatting, and delivery.

• Experience coordinating writers, editors, designers, formatters, and publishing teams.

• Strong written and spoken English, with experience communicating directly with international clients.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, client feedback, and revision rounds simultaneously.

• Strong organization, problem-solving, follow-up, and ownership of project delivery.
