Production Coordination Officer

Role Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily floor visits across all production departments

- Track customer orders from greige fabric to final dispatch

- Monitor fabric movement through Pretreatment, Printing, Finishing, QC, and Dispatch

- Identify bottlenecks, delays, and pending approvals

- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Marketing, QC, Laboratory, and Dispatch teams

- Prepare daily order status and bottleneck reports for management

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- 2–5 years of experience in Textil requirements. Production, Merchandising, Planning, or Coordination

- Strong follow-up and communication skills

- Good understanding of textile production processes

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
