Hub Lead-Logistics

• Manage and oversee daily operations of the Daraz Last mile Hub, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient communication among teams.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience, driving growth and customer satisfaction in the assigned region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, identify opportunities, and resolve operational issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a positive work environment and promoting continuous learning and development.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the hub's performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support business development and partnership initiatives.
  
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or logistics environment.
• Proven track record in managing teams, driving operational excellence, and achieving business targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience in negotiating and managing partnerships, as well as a solid understanding of the global trade landscape.
