The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with official transcript or degree verification and has up to one year of experience in customer service or related fields. The Phone Banking Officer plays a key role in providing outstanding support by engaging with customers over the phone, addressing their banking inquiries and facilitating various transactions efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering accurate and courteous assistance to enhance the overall customer experience. Working hours involve a rotating schedule, and the position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, with an age limit of 32 years.
Responsibilities
Engage customers through inbound and outbound calls to provide detailed information about banking products and services.
Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Guide customers through transaction processes such as account updates, balance inquiries, and fund transfers while adhering to compliance and security protocols.
Maintain detailed and precise records of customer interactions, including call logs and transaction documentation in data management systems.
Use basic computer skills to access banking systems and perform data entry tasks that support smooth banking operations.
Handle call escalations by identifying issues that require higher-level handling and directing customers appropriately.
Contribute to continuous improvement practices by providing feedback on common customer concerns and suggesting process enhancements.
Adhere to company policies, banking regulations, and confidentiality standards to ensure customer data protection and trust.
Work effectively within a rotating shift schedule, demonstrating flexibility and reliability to meet service demands.
Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery while maintaining professionalism and patience in all interactions.
