Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Support Representative to join our team This role will provide you with the opportunity to assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of service. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the company’s CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer satisfaction.
• Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management for service improvement.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient in using computers and familiar with standard office software and customer support platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
