Job Description:

As a CSR, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, promoting our services, closing sales, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Full training will be provided to help you succeed and grow within our organization.The role requires good English communication and a customer-focused approach. Candidates must have good English communication skills and a confident attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Promote and sell company products/services
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Handle customer objections professionally and close sales

Requirements:

• Minimum Intermediate / A-Level education
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Fresh and experienced candidates can apply
• Willing to work night shifts
