Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and professional Personal Assistant (PA) to provide administrative and executive support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills with the ability to handle confidential matters professionally. Typical PA responsibilities include calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, correspondence handling, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
✔ Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of management.
✔ Arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation when required.
✔ Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and documents.
✔ Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
✔ Maintain confidential records, files, and important documents.
✔ Conduct research and gather information as requested.
✔ Follow up on pending tasks, deadlines, and action items.
✔ Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business activities.
✔ Perform other administrative and personal support tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
✔ 2–4 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Officer.
✔ Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
✔ Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
✔ Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
