Job Title: Receptionist (Female)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a presentable, well-spoken, and organized female receptionist to manage front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules
  • Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and organized at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Prior experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Urdu
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
