A ticket booking clerk Required at Karachi cantt railway station

KEY ROLES:

Operates ticketing systems and maintains records of daily transactions

Helps passengers with seat availability, reservations, and cancellations

Ensures compliance with railway rules and procedures

Handles customer concerns politely, even during peak hours

Plays a key role in keeping passenger flow smooth and organized at the station

Requirements:

• ducation & Experience: Minimum of an Intermediate/Higher Secondary education, with 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ticketing, or cash handling preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience using electronic ticketing systems or Point of Sale (POS) software.
• Communication & Customer Service: Strong verbal communication skills with a polite, patient approach to handling passenger inquiries and resolving booking issues.
• Mathematical & Analytical Skills: Good basic math skills for accurately processing cash, card, and digital payments, and calculating correct change.
