Executive Officer - Wellbeing Segment

Job Description

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. seeks an Executive Officer for the Wellbeing Segment to lead initiatives that enhance the WIN platform, a comprehensive wellbeing and lifestyle tool designed to empower users in achieving healthier and more active lives. This role focuses on developing health and wellness programs, conducting thorough market research and analysis, and designing digital product initiatives that align with user needs and organizational goals. The Executive Officer collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless platform enhancements and to drive engagement through strategic communication and effective presentation of key findings and recommendations. The ideal candidate is responsible for tracking key performance indicators and platform engagement metrics, supporting the planning and implementation of new app features, and contributing significantly to go-to-market readiness. This role requires a proactive approach to coordinating multiple projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve the overall user experience. While this position does not include managing a team, it demands strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships across departments and with external partners.
Responsibilities
 

• Design and develop digital product initiatives focused on health and wellness to enhance the WIN platform experience.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform program development and platform enhancements.
• Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and platform engagement metrics to evaluate the success of wellbeing initiatives.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of new app features and updates.
• Assist with go-to-market strategies by preparing communication plans and ensuring readiness across relevant teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to align project goals and facilitate timely execution.
• Develop and deliver clear and effective presentations to communicate project progress, insights, and recommendations.
• Contribute to expanding and improving the WIN user journey by identifying opportunities to engage and retain users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate wellbeing programs within broader organizational objectives.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of health and wellness industry trends to keep the platform competitive and relevant.
