Job Overview

Epic Global is looking for a passionate, analytical, and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google platforms, with a strong focus on driving conversions, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on ad spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and performance reports.
• Implement and manage tracking using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
• Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve marketing and business objectives.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Experience with campaign optimization, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
• Understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
