Marketing Person – Educational Institute

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and result-oriented Marketing Person to join our educational institute. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and networking skills with the ability to build strong relationships with educational institutions, corporate organizations, and community groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit schools, colleges, and universities to promote our courses and training programs.
• Organize and manage seminars, workshops, career counseling sessions, and educational exhibitions.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate student inquiries and admissions.
• Visit corporate organizations to introduce employee upskilling and professional training programs.
• Develop collaborations with businesses, community organizations, welfare associations, and educational partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, administrators, HR departments, and decision-makers.
• Represent the institute at educational events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
• Submit daily visit reports and achieve assigned marketing targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or educational marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally for meetings and marketing visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic digital marketing knowledge is a plus.
• Candidates with experience in the education or training industry will be preferred.
