Job Overview:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager who can manage client relationships, ensure seamless coordination with internal teams, and stay ahead of digital trends especially Gen Z-driven content and communication styles. The ideal candidate should be proactive, trend-aware, and capable of delivering impactful marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients
• Act as the main point of contact for all client communications
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear, actionable briefs
• Coordinate closely with the design team to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Ensure all creatives align with current digital trends, especially Gen Z-focused content
• Handle client feedback and communicate revisions effectively to internal teams
• Ensure quality control before sharing work with clients
• Manage timelines and ensure smooth project execution
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 0-2 years of experience in account management or client servicing (agency preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadline

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of Gen Z trends, social media culture, and digital behavior
• Ability to identify and apply trending formats (reels, short-form video, memes, UGC)
• Awareness of what works on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Ability to guide clients and designers on trend-relevant content.
