Role Description The Social Media Marketing Intern will support Techbaithak’s online presence by planning, creating, and publishing content across social media platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting posts, designing basic graphics or visuals, engaging with followers, monitoring comments and messages, and assisting in the execution of social media campaigns. The intern will help track performance metrics, conduct basic competitor and audience research, and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with the marketing and community teams.
Qualifications
 

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
• Candidates should possess skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing fundamentals.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in technology, freelancing, and online communities; prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
