HRSI is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Relationship Officer to support payroll processing and employee relations within a leading organization in Pakistan. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll systems, excellent communication skills, and expertise in data management. The ideal candidate will handle payroll processing, salary coordination, and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This is a vital position that contributes to smooth HR operations and employee satisfaction by managing payroll, attendance, and related documentation efficiently. The Payroll Relationship Officer will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure timely and accurate payroll activities and benefits administration, including health insurance coordination. Although this role does not involve managing a team, it requires the ability to work independently and support HR operations with precision and attention to detail. Candidates should have at least one year of relevant payroll or HR experience, proficiency in advanced Excel, and strong data analysis capabilities to contribute effectively to the organization's payroll and employee services.
Responsibilities
 

  • Process payroll accurately and timely, ensuring all salary components are correctly calculated and coordinated.
  • Manage employee leave and attendance records, verifying data for accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee documentation and filing systems to support HR functions.
  • Prepare and analyze payroll data reports for management to aid in decision-making.
  • Coordinate health insurance processes and support employee benefits administration.
  • Assist in general HR operations as needed, providing reliable support across various functions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies related to payroll and employee records.
  • Utilize payroll software efficiently to input, manage, and update payroll and employee data.
  • Communicate effectively with employees regarding payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and maintain accurate records to support audits.
  • Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve any payroll-related issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within payroll and HR processes by providing insights and feedback.
