We help Americans buy profitable businesses so they can build real wealth and escape the corporate 9–5 grind. We're a fast-growing, detail-driven remote team that values ownership and execution.

Our core values are Team-First Performance, Perfect Professionalism, and Mastery Through Feedback. We move with urgency, hold high standards, and improve continuously.

As a Financial Analyst, you own the final mile of execution. You manage documentation, lender coordination, compliance reviews, and deadlines to ensure deals move from signed offers to close without friction. This isn’t administrative follow-up. It’s precision, accountability, and protecting the integrity of every transaction.

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, proactive analyst to drive execution from signed LOI to close. You’ll oversee closing workflows, handle documentation quality control, manage lender and legal communication, and step in across diligence, underwriting, and final approvals to keep deals moving. You don’t wait for issues to escalate. You identify blockers early and push transactions across the finish line.

Results / Success Metrics

  • Clean, audit-ready documentation and deal folders
  • Clear, proactive communication with lenders and internal teams
  • Minimal rework due to documentation or compliance issues
  • Timely resolution of risks, blockers, or process gaps

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deal closings, managing documentation, tracking lender requirements, and ensuring submission readiness
  • Monitor and prioritize lender, legal, and financial communications; address inquiries and resolve documentation gaps
  • Track and manage critical deal deadlines using shared timelines to ensure timely approvals and responses
  • Maintain organized and compliant deal folders in Google Drive and Notion, including proper file naming, version control, and retention standards
  • Conduct compliance reviews of active SBA 7(a) loan packages against SBA and lender guidelines
  • Update financial models, reconcile P&Ls and balance sheets, and finalize projections as needed
  • Lead deal kick-off calls and lender intro calls independently after onboarding
  • Own daily cadence calls and ongoing deal-related communications
  • Proactively flag risks, challenges, and process improvement opportunities to improve deal execution efficiency

Requirements

  • 1+ year of related experience in lending operations, M&A, or deal execution
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication
  • Financial literacy with P&Ls, balance sheets, and projections
  • Experience with loan documentation, SBA 7(a), or lending operations preferred
  • Proficient with Google Workspace and documentation tools
  • Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of assigned deals

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Notion, Slack, Google Calendar, or other collaboration tools
  • Background in startups or fast-growing teams
