ORM Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a ORM Executive to manage and enhance our brand’s online reputation during the night shift. The ideal candidate will monitor brand mentions, handle online feedback, resolve issues proactively, and maintain a strong and positive digital image for the company.

Role and  Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track brand mentions, reviews, and online discussions across all digital platforms.
• Respond to customer feedback, complaints, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Develop and implement ORM strategies to build and protect the brand’s reputation.
• Coordinate with the marketing, PR, and content teams for consistent communication.
• Manage and resolve online crises effectively.
• Prepare detailed ORM reports and share insights with management.
• Stay updated on the latest ORM tools, trends, and best practices.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ORM, Social Media Management, or Digital PR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of ORM tools such as Google Alerts, Mention, Brand24, or similar.
• Experience in crisis handling and reputation recovery.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently during the night shift.

Other details:

• Location: Federal B Area, Block 4, Karachi
• Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working days & timings: 8pm to 5am (PKT) or around, Monday to Friday.
