ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for an experienced and driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead paid media strategy and execution across our client portfolio. This is not an entry-level position β you will be expected to own campaigns end-to-end, make strategic budget decisions, mentor junior team members, and deliver consistent, measurable results.
You'll work directly with the agency leadership team to align marketing strategies with client goals, manage multi-platform campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging channels, and use AI tools to drive efficiency and quality across your workflows. Organization, accountability, and a proactive communication style are non-negotiable.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and lead paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and additional platforms as needed
- Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $5K to $100K+, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROAS across all accounts
- Build, monitor, and optimize campaigns with a focus on conversion, cost-per-acquisition, and long-term account health
- Oversee A/B testing frameworks β including creative, audience, bidding strategy, and landing page tests β and implement learnings at scale
- Deliver clear, insightful weekly and monthly performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients, using dashboards and data storytelling
- Lead campaign audits for both new and existing accounts; develop structured remediation plans and execute them efficiently
- Collaborate with creative teams to brief, review, and iterate on ad creatives aligned with campaign goals and platform best practices
- Build and maintain organized campaign structures, naming conventions, UTM systems, and documentation standards across all accounts
- Integrate AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Notion AI, or similar) into daily workflows for copy generation, reporting, keyword research, and strategic planning
- Mentor and support junior PPC team members, reviewing their work and helping them grow
- Stay current with platform algorithm updates, ad policy changes, and industry trends β proactively apply learnings
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid digital campaigns, with a strong Google Ads track record (Google Ads certification preferred)
- Deep experience across at least 3 of the following: Google Search, Google Shopping, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads
- Proven ability to manage significant ad spend with demonstrable ROAS improvements and growth outcomes
- Strong analytical skills β comfortable in Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and modeling
- Genuine fluency with AI tools; you use them regularly and can speak to specific productivity gains they've created
- Highly organized with consistent habits around documentation, task management, and account hygiene
- Excellent written English communication β clear, professional, and concise in all client-facing and internal writing
- Self-directed and reliable during remote hours β you don't need micromanagement to stay on task
- Experience with tag management (Google Tag Manager), pixel setup, and conversion tracking configuration is a strong plus
