Operations Intern

Role Overview:
BMA Investment Advisors is hiring an Operations Intern for a 20-day period to support operations during an IPO cycle. This position offers hands-on experience in high-volume transaction processing, client onboarding, and coordination across teams to ensure smooth execution of IPO-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operational tasks during the IPO period
• Support the team with client account opening processes, including form handling and data verification
• Help manage and process IPO subscription applications and related documentation
• Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of records in line with compliance requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate timely processing of client requests
• Provide general administrative and operational support as needed during peak activity

Working Hours & Schedule:

• Standard working hours with extended hours during peak IPO days if required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in BCom, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments
