Key Requirements

For Teaching Positions

• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the subject area
• Prior teaching experience in reputable schools preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Familiarity with O Level / AKU-EB or modern teaching methodologies will be an advantage

For Leadership Positions

• Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience
• Proven academic leadership and coordination experience
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills

For Support Staff

• Relevant experience in a school environment preferred
• Responsible, disciplined, and cooperative attitude
