Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Student Advisor to join our team in Karachi. The Student Advisor will be responsible for guiding students throughout their learning and development journey. Key responsibilities include providing academic advice, assisting with course selections, addressing student queries, and supporting their educational aspirations. The role also involves engaging with students to understand their challenges, developing personalized solutions, and maintaining accurate records to monitor their progress.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills to build relationships with students and address their needs effectively.
• Organizational and time management abilities for managing multiple student cases and maintaining accurate records.
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to provide constructive guidance and anticipate potential challenges faced by students.
• Familiarity with educational programs, curriculum planning, and student support services.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools for tracking student performance and communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred; experience with educational advising is an advantage.
