We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our team in a full-time, in-person capacity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinic schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring clear communication between patients, their families, and internal departments. This role demands prompt resolution of scheduling issues and effective communication regarding IT-related concerns when they arise. The position operates on a rotational shift basis, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the clinic schedule closely and report any issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Accurately index document names, dates, and medical record (MR) numbers within the designated software directory to maintain organized records.
- Provide patients and their families with clear and precise information about the clinic schedule, facilitating a positive experience.
- Liaise with the IT department by communicating any complaints or technical issues related to clinic operations as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Education at the intermediate or graduate level.
- Between 1 and 2 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative or coordination role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
