ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Marketing & Automations Specialist at Savvital, you will be the driving force behind our digital presence and lead generation engine. This role is designed for a tech-savvy marketer who can seamlessly blend creative listing management with sophisticated workflow automation. You will be directly placed with a US-based client within the Real Estate sector, ensuring their property portfolios gain maximum visibility while building automated systems to capture and nurture international leads.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Listing Management & Optimization

• Manage and optimize property listings across major US platforms including LoopNet, Crexi, MLS, and LinkedIn.
• Update property status, pricing, and listing details to ensure 100% accuracy across all digital touchpoints.
• Create compelling, professional property descriptions and marketing collateral tailored for the US real estate market.
• Monitor listing performance and engagement metrics to adjust strategies for maximum visibility.

Marketing Automation & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancements within the marketing funnel.
• Build and maintain automated email sequences and lead nurture workflows using CRM systems and Trello.
• Facilitate seamless document and lead flow through integrated platforms like DocuSign and automation tools.
• Support the coordination of marketing-related timelines and ensure all campaign milestones are met on time.

Client & Team Communication

• Act as a primary liaison for your US client, ensuring marketing efforts align with their specific transaction goals.
• Collaborate with clients to gather necessary property information and media for high-quality listings.
• Respond to inquiries generated from listings in a structured, professional, and timely manner.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a Marketing, Automations, or Real Estate Operations role.

Qualification: A 4-year Bachelor's degree is preferable, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US Real Estate market, including listing standards and deal flow.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate listing platforms (LoopNet, Crexi, MLS) and automation-friendly tools like Trello, CRM systems, and DocuSign.

Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills suitable for interacting with US-based stakeholders.

Mindset: An ownership-driven professional who has a strong willingness to learn and can work independently in a virtual environment.
