We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who’s proactive, creative, and excited to grow with a fast-moving team.

What You’ll Do

 

• Manage and update content on Webflow
• Assist in creating and scheduling content across social platforms
• Track and analyze campaign performance
• Support paid ads on Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
• Help plan and execute webinars, workshops, and events
• Coordinate with external copywriters
• Create and manage UTM links for tracking
• Assist with HubSpot workflows and Zapier automations
• Engage and support our Slack community
  
   

What We’re Looking For

 

• At least 1 year of digital marketing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Proactive and self-directed
• Familiar with Google Workspace
• Experience with HubSpot, Canva, or Notion is a plus
• Understanding of eCommerce is a plus
