Role Overview

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Manager – Financial Reporting & Compliance to lead financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and internal control systems across our Pakistan operations. This role requires strong command over local statutory requirements, along with hands-on experience in ERP-driven environments.

We are an emerging beverage manufacturing and distribution company with a growing portfolio of brands and expanding operations, we are building a strong foundation in systems, governance, and financial discipline to support scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting

  • Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and applicable laws in Pakistan
  • Manage multi-entity reporting and consolidation
  • Deliver variance analysis and actionable financial insights

Compliance & Regulatory

  • Ensure compliance with FBR, SECP, and other regulatory requirements
  • Oversee sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax filings
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators
  • Strengthen and enforce internal control frameworks

ERP & Systems

  • Own financial reporting within ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or equivalent)
  • Ensure data integrity, chart of accounts structure, and system controls
  • Drive automation, reporting efficiency, and system improvements
  • Align ERP with operational and business requirements

Process & Governance

  • Develop and implement SOPs across finance and compliance functions
  • Ensure readiness for audits, reviews, and regulatory inspections
  • Maintain strong documentation and audit trails

Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop finance team members
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and senior leadership

Qualifications & Experience

  • CA / ACCA / ICMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in Pakistan
  • Strong knowledge of Pakistan tax laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Proven experience with ERP systems in finance environments
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or F&B sectors preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
