We are seeking an experienced Manager – Database Administrator to lead and enhance the organization’s database administration function. The role is responsible for ensuring the security, availability, performance, and scalability of enterprise database systems, with a strong focus on Microsoft SQL Server.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in enterprise database administration, performance optimization, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions. A strong understanding of MS SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, PowerShell, database security, and hybrid cloud environments is preferred.

Key responsibilities include leading the DBA team, managing database installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance, optimizing database performance, implementing backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and high availability solutions, enforcing database security and compliance, supporting database migrations, and collaborating with infrastructure and development teams to ensure reliable database operations.

Candidates should possess strong knowledge of MS SQL Server administration, database automation, failover clustering, replication, backup and recovery, and database security best practices. Experience with Windows Server, SAN storage, virtualization, Microsoft Azure, and AWS will be highly valued. Excellent leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills are required to succeed in this role.
