We are looking for an organized and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain visitor records
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to visitors and employees.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or a Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.
