Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Female Executive Assistant to provide administrative and executive support to the owner. The ideal candidate will also manage front desk operations, coordinate office administration, and ensure smooth day-to-day office activities. This role requires excellent communication, multitasking, and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive and administrative support to all HODs.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Handle reception responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
Manage courier services, office correspondence, and document filing.
Maintain office records and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and company activities.
Requirements
Intermediate
1–2years of experience in Executive Assistance, Administration, Front Desk, or Office Management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to draft professional emails, letters, and reports.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong multitasking and coordination skills.
