Frontier Call Center is seeking confident and motivated Call Center Agents for our outbound campaign. In this role, you will connect with potential customers, share service information, and help generate business opportunities. the ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience across all communication channels.

Your Role:

  • Connect with customers through calls
  • Introduce and explain products/services
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain proper records of interactions

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented attitude
  • Prior experience in sales or call center is a plus
