Job Description

Sense Eight Solutions is seeking a dedicated Call Centre Executive with strong customer service and communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in call handling and excels at addressing customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. This role focuses on providing outstanding support to our clients by managing incoming calls, resolving concerns, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The position does not involve managing a team, allowing the candidate to concentrate on direct customer interactions and quality service delivery.
Responsibilities
 

  • Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls effectively, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex concerns to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain up-to-date records.
  • Maintain a polite and friendly tone, demonstrating patience and empathy toward customers.
  • Follow established procedures for handling different types of calls, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and provide feedback to the management team.
  • Adhere to call centre guidelines, call scripts, and quality benchmarks to meet service targets.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance call handling and customer service skills.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet individual and team performance goals without managing a direct team.
