Agay Barho is seeking a Client Support and Operations Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and operational activities. The ideal candidate manages client inquiries professionally and efficiently while ensuring the accurate processing of orders and maintenance of records within the customer relationship management system. This role demands effective coordination with internal teams and vendors to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and payment tracking. The executive maintains a strong focus on process adherence and quality control, reviewing submitted content based on internal guidelines and employing AI tools. This position is suited for a detail-oriented professional with at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work reliably within a structured environment.
Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and clearly to client queries through WhatsApp or the CRM system, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collect, verify, and confirm order details from clients, maintaining accuracy throughout the process.
  • Update the order status and maintain comprehensive and accurate records within the CRM or Google Sheets.
  • Review and edit client-submitted content to ensure compliance with internal guidelines and quality standards using appropriate AI tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate timely processing of client orders and resolve any operational issues.
  • Track client payments and proactively follow up with clients to collect any pending dues.
  • Ensure all orders are processed thoroughly and delivered on schedule, maintaining strict quality and accuracy standards.
  • Identify and escalate unclear, incomplete, or non-compliant requests to the relevant departments for resolution.
  • Adhere to company processes meticulously, demonstrating reliability and discipline during working hours.
  • Work effectively within a repetitive and structured environment, maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
  • Support continuous process improvement efforts by providing feedback on operational procedures and client interaction experiences.
