Chat Based Representative (Night Shift)

In this role, you’ll handle chat-based inquiries, assist potential customers through live chat, and convert leads into loyal clients. Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat

Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about our products/services

Promote Zyltech’s offerings and successfully close sales

Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets

Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach

Working Hours:

Fixed night shift: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
