Lead Qualifier — Outreach Specialist

This is not a sales job — it's a conversation starter role. You will call potential clients, follow a structured guide, and pass qualified leads to the senior team. You won't need to close deals. You just need to connect with people confidently and professionally. We train you on everything before your very first call.

What you'll do each shift

• Make and receive professional phone calls to qualify inbound and outbound leads
• Follow a proven script and conversation guide — no winging it, full support provided
• Log call outcomes accurately in our CRM (training included)
• Hand off qualified leads to the senior team and hit your daily call targets

Who we are looking for

• Fluent English — clear, confident, and professional on the phone
• Strong listener with basic computer skills
• Punctual and reliable — fixed shift, 6:45 PM to 2:00 AM
• Minimum intermediate education (currently studying is fine) Aged 25 or below and able to commute to NIPA Chowrangi , Karachi
