Nishat Sutas Dairy is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Accounts Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience in the FMCG or dairy sector to contribute to the expansion and strengthening of our market presence. This role demands a motivated professional with exceptional skills in account management, relationship building, and key account planning to ensure sustained growth and optimal product availability within assigned key accounts. The ideal candidate possesses comprehensive knowledge of dairy products, sales key performance indicators, and FMCG operations to successfully develop and maintain strategic partnerships and deliver business objectives. The Key Accounts Executive will lead a team of 10 members, orchestrating their efforts towards achieving sales targets and expanding market reach. This position involves crafting tailored strategies for key accounts, driving brand visibility, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales initiatives. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to leverage Salesforce automation tools effectively, and a keen focus on market trends to optimize account development and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve growth and revenue targets within assigned key accounts.
  • Manage and nurture strong relationships with key customers to enhance brand loyalty and product availability.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a dedicated team of 10 persons to meet sales goals and support overall business growth.
  • Utilize Salesforce automation tools to monitor sales pipelines, track account performance, and generate insightful reports.
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion and new product penetration within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align promotional activities with customer needs and sales objectives.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and key performance indicators to optimize account strategies and address challenges.
  • Ensure consistent monitoring of competitors activities and market developments to maintain Nishat Sutas Dairys competitive edge.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to enhance their capabilities and improve overall performance.
  • Drive the execution of trade marketing activities to maximize product visibility and consumer engagement at the point of sale.
  • Coordinate logistics and inventory management to maintain appropriate stock levels and timely delivery to customers.
  • Report on key account progress, challenges, and opportunities to senior management with proposed action plans.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dairy product specifications, industry trends, and regulatory requirements to advise and support key accounts effectively.
