About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR operations, end-to-end recruitment activities, employee coordination, onboarding, documentation, and performance management processes. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a fast-paced software and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions
  • Post jobs on LinkedIn, job portals, and social media platforms
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
  • Handle joining formalities, contracts, and employee files
  • Support attendance, leave, and probation tracking processes
  • Assist in maintaining HR policies and internal documentation
  • Assist in performance appraisal and evaluation processes
  • Coordinate with department heads regarding employee feedback and reviews
  • Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
  • Assist employees with basic HR-related queries and coordination

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 6 months to 1.5 years of relevant HR experience
  • Basic understanding of HR operations and recruitment processes
  • Familiarity with technical hiring is a plus
  • Knowledge of performance management/appraisal processes preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional attitude with attention to detail

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
