Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Karāchi. The Job Title will be responsible for supporting creative projects across video, design, and digital content, ensuring deliverables meet quality and branding standards. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with designers, editors, and animators, organizing and prioritizing project workflows, and coordinating with clients or internal stakeholders to understand requirements and timelines. The role will involve reviewing content for accuracy and consistency, providing constructive feedback to improve outputs, and maintaining clear documentation and asset organization. The Job Title is expected to contribute ideas that enhance visual storytelling and overall client experience while working closely with the team to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Strong creative and visual communication skills, with the ability to contribute to video, graphic, and digital content projects.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including designers, editors, animators, and project managers.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards in all deliverables.
• Comfort with using common creative and productivity tools (e.g., design, editing, project management, and communication software).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear client and internal stakeholder interactions.
• Relevant education or training in media, design, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a creative agency, production house, or similar environment is a plus.
