Data Analyst Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to collect, process, and analyze data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into meaningful insights, create reports and dashboards, identify trends, and help improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Interpret data and present actionable insights to management. Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports. Perform ad hoc data analysis to support business decisions. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Automate recurring reports and data processes where possible. Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with SQL for querying databases. Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio. Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Preferred Skills Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing. Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
