Inventory Sepcialist

Full job description

Purpose of the Role:

Maintain accurate inventory records in the system (ERP/WMS)
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory availability
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, shrinkage, or variances
Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams for stock movement
Track incoming and outgoing stock (GRN, dispatch, transfers)
Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions
Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and expired/damaged stock
Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
Support stock forecasting and replenishment planning
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements

Required Education for Position:Intermediate

Required Experience for Position:0-1 year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 per month
