Position Summary

The Director of Human Resources is the senior-most HR leader, responsible for driving the full spectrum of HR strategy and operations across Pakistan, India, and the United States. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who can align people strategies with business goals while fostering a cohesive, high-performance culture across globally distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business goals across all geographies
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations for onshore/offshore teams including but not limited to payroll & benefits administration and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in each jurisdiction
• Drive employee retention by developing and executing retention strategies, including incentive programs, career progression frameworks, and engagement initiatives, ensuring the organization attracts, motivates, and retains top talent
• Lead and execute people development initiatives, with a strong emphasis on structured learning and development programs to strengthen employee capabilities and support professional development, grooming, and soft skills enhancement across the organization
• Drive employee engagement and motivation by organizing events, programs, and company-wide initiatives aimed at fostering a positive and high-performance work culture
• Lead talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding programs, and succession planning for BPO-specific roles
• Design competitive compensation structures and benefits programs aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and market benchmarks
• Foster an inclusive, high-performance culture; manage employee relations, engagement surveys.
• Evaluate and optimize HRIS platforms; ensure accurate HR reporting, analytics, and compliance documentation
