Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Karachi Division for a Visa Consultant at Travelution. In this role, you will guide clients through the visa application process by providing expert advice and strategic consultation. Key responsibilities include managing immigration-related inquiries, assisting clients with accurate and timely preparation of visa documents, and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure compliance with immigration regulations. You will also collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and maintain exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Visa Consulting or related field
• Proficiency in English with additional language skills being a plus
• Working knowledge of visa regulations for popular global destinations is an advantage

Requirements :

• In-depth understanding of Immigration Issues and Visa processes
• Strong Communication and Consulting skills to provide clear guidance to clients
• Experience in assisting clients with Immigration and visa-related processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Must have knowledge for Visa Processing procedure and documents for the following regions :
• USA
• CANADA
• UK
• FAR EAST
• EUROPE
• GULF
