AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking for the position of Facilitator (Sales Girl) (Customer Services Representative) for our entity based in Karachi

Position: Facilitator (Sales Girl)

Location: Ocean Mall - Clifton

Qualification: At least Intermediate

Duty Timings: 2pm-11pm weekdays and in weekends till 12pm

Salary: 32,500 + Overtime + Incentives & Commissions

Working Days: 6 days (no off in weekends and public holidays)

Job Description:

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.

Operate and oversee specific attractions or activities, ensuring guest safety and adherence to operational guidelines.

Conduct safety checks and provide instructions to guests.

Organize and lead games, competitions and Fun Environment for customers.

Promote safety and ensure that guests follow rules and guidelines.

Report any safety concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities.

Share positive feedback with staff to acknowledge outstanding service.

Clean and organize the facility before the operational timings.
