Travel Agent

Quick Travel Services is seeking an experienced Travel Agent with at least three years of experience to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in major global distribution systems such as Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus. This role involves coordinating travel arrangements for clients, including flights, accommodations, and transportation options, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Candidates must be adaptable to working varied shifts, including day and night schedules, to meet client needs efficiently. Although this position does not include team management responsibilities, it requires strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to deliver seamless travel solutions.
Responsibilities
 

• Utilize Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus systems to book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services efficiently and accurately.
• Provide expert advice on travel options, itineraries, and destinations based on client preferences and requirements.
• Handle inquiries and resolve booking issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other vendors to ensure proper booking and confirm travel arrangements.
• Manage travel documentation and ensure clients receive complete itineraries and necessary travel information.
• Maintain updated knowledge of travel regulations, policies, and industry trends to offer informed recommendations.
• Assist clients in adapting travel plans when changes or cancellations occur, including processing refunds or rebooking as necessary.
• Work flexible hours to support operations during day and night shifts, ensuring continuous service availability.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions to support reporting needs.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by delivering friendly, attentive service and addressing any special requests.
