Fulcrum Pvt. Ltd. is hiring on behalf of our client for an experienced Senior International Recruiter with a strong background in US Healthcare (Medical) Recruitment and Technical/IT Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and hiring international talent using platforms such as Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, and other leading job portals.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based Healthcare and Technical positions.

Source candidates through Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, and other international sourcing platforms.

Recruit for Medical, Allied Health, Nursing, Clinical, IT, Software Development, Engineering, and Technical roles.

Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and shortlist qualified professionals.

Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain communication with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.

Utilize Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn sourcing, and advanced recruitment techniques.

Negotiate offers and support candidates through onboarding.

Maintain ATS records, recruitment reports, and ensure hiring KPIs and SLAs are achieved.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

4–7+ years of experience in International Recruitment.

𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝗻:

US Healthcare / Medical Recruitment

Technical / IT Recruitment

Hands-on experience using Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, and similar international job portals.

Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring practices.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Experience working in the USA time zone is essential.
