Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and interview scheduling.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Assist in attendance and leave management.
  • Help organize training and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and administrative documents.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or ongoing) in HR, BBA, or related field.
  • Good communication and MS Office skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in HR.

Duration: 2 Months Internship
Stipend: Unpaid
