Job Title: Manager – Internal Audit (banking or financial institution background)

📍 Location: Korangi Industrial Area, Karachi

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Internal Audit to lead and execute audit functions, ensure compliance, and strengthen internal controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute internal audits from planning to final reporting
• Identify risks, control gaps, and suggest process improvements
• Ensure audit quality and perform QA reviews as per best practices
• Prepare and present reports to Audit Committee and Board
• Review team outputs for accuracy and timely delivery
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct special audits and investigations when required

Requirements:

Education:

• CA / ACCA / ICMA / CIA / MBA (Finance or Accounting)

Experience:

• 5 years + of audit experience
• Preference for candidates with banking or financial institution background

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of audit frameworks and risk management
• Hands-on experience with audit tools, MS Office, and data analysis
• Excellent reporting, communication, and team management skills
