We are looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of our ERP software across local and international client engagements.

About the Role

You will manage the full implementation lifecycle — from requirements analysis through go-live — working directly with clients across finance and operations functions. The role requires both technical configuration skills and the ability to manage client relationships on-site and remotely.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance or an MBA.

Experience

1–2 years in a financial markets or financial software environment. Prior hands-on experience with Odoo Finance and Supply Chain modules is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementation projects from scoping to go-live
  • Configure the system to meet client-specific requirements
  • Conduct Super User training and manage system transition periods
  • Produce project documentation, functional specifications, and user guides
  • Engage clients directly, both on-site and remotely

Requirements

  • Background in financial software implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in technical documentation
  • Ability to travel for client engagements
