Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage the HR team to ensure efficient execution of HR functions and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet the organizations recruitment needs.
  • Oversee the talent acquisition process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work culture.
  • Design and administer performance management systems that align with company objectives and promote employee growth.
  • Coordinate compensation and benefits programs to maintain market competitiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Drive organizational development initiatives to support business growth and enhance employee engagement.
  • Plan and deliver training and development programs that build employee skills and leadership capabilities.
  • Utilize HR analytics to monitor key metrics, assess HR programs effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks and maintain ethical standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR best practices and policy interpretation.
  • Continuously improve HR processes and practices to increase efficiency and enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and activities for senior management review.
  • Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data integrity across all HR systems.
